Screen Printing Inks Series 45 782 and 45 783

Designed for printing on resistant to short-term heat treatment of textile and knitted materials of various chemical nature: cotton, linen, wool, viscose and mixed.

• Series 45 782 – solvent-based inks.
• Series 45 783 – water-dispersion inks.

Inks consumption at printing by type forms made of open-mesh fabric density of 40 yarns/cm is about 35 g/m2.

Time for ink series 45 782 hardening on prints in dryer at a temperature of 140 °C:

• from 30 s to 1 min;
• 1-2 minutes (to achieve resistance to washing).

Time for ink series 45 783 hardening on prints in dryer at a temperature of 140 °C:

• 1-2 minutes.

Time for ink series 45 783 hardening on prints in room conditions at a temperature of (25±5) °C:

• drying – no more than 30 minutes;
• curing – 4-5 weeks.

Warranty lifetime of ink is 6 months.
